Common advisor questions

Who qualifies for the FAM pricing?

Active U.S.-based travel advisors with a verifiable IATA, CLIA, or host agency affiliation. Independent contractors with a host agency qualify.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. One guest may join at the same advisor rate. Additional travelers can be added at client pricing.

What is the deposit?

A $350 per person deposit confirms your seat. The balance is due 90 days before departure.

How many advisors per FAM?

We keep groups small typically 20 to 25 advisors so you get real face time with the EXG Safaris team, guides, and lodge partners.

Is airfare included?

International airfare to Kilimanjaro (JRO) is not included. We're happy to recommend the best routings from your gateway.

What if I need to reschedule?

Deposits are transferable to another EXG Safaris FAM date within 12 months, subject to availability.
