These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any safari planning services provided by EXG Safaris LLC.

By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

EXG Safaris LLC, headquartered at Ardmore Avenue, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, United States, is a licensed seller of travel (California Seller of Travel #2155930) that plans and coordinates private Tanzania safaris for U.S. travelers.

We act as a travel planner and booking agent, arranging accommodations, transport, guiding, and related services on your behalf with third-party lodges, airlines, and park authorities.

All travel services are sold, organized, and administered by EXG Safaris LLC, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the United States.

The Company acts as the principal contracting party and arranges travel services through independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local tour operators.

Deposits, payment deadlines, balance due dates, and cancellation terms are governed by our separate Booking & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Prices quoted are subject to change until a deposit is received and a booking is confirmed in writing.

Your safari includes services provided by independent third parties — lodges, camps, airlines, ground transport operators, and national park authorities.

These providers are not agents or employees of EXG Safaris. We select partners carefully, but we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or service failures beyond our reasonable control.

The Client is strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering, at a minimum: Trip cancellation and interruption; Medical expenses and evacuation; Travel delays and baggage loss.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses that could have been covered by such insurance.

The Client shall be solely responsible for: Possessing valid travel documents, including passports and visas; Meeting all health and vaccination requirements; Complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

You are also responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations relevant to safari activities or Kilimanjaro treks.

Failure to comply with these obligations shall not entitle the Client to any refund or compensation.

Safari travel involves inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, remote terrain, variable road and weather conditions, and limited access to emergency medical care.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks as an inherent part of African safari and mountain-trekking travel.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, airline disruptions, or civil unrest.

In such circumstances, the Company reserves the right to: Modify itineraries; Offer alternative arrangements; Provide travel credits where appropriate.

All content on this website — text, photography, itineraries, and design — is owned by or licensed to EXG Safaris and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or interfering with normal site operation.

This website and its content are provided “as is.” While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EXG Safaris LLC shall not be liable for: Any acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers; Personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other losses incurred during travel; Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond the Company's control.

All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

The Client must promptly notify the Company or its local representative of any issues arising during the Trip.

Failure to provide such notice may prejudice the Company's ability to investigate and resolve the matter and may affect the Client's entitlement to any compensation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of California.

By making a booking and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The revised date below indicates the latest version.

Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
