Is Tanzania safe?
Your guide is with you every day, in a small group, with our U.S. + Tanzania team behind you.
Do I need to be fit?
No. No hiking needed. Most time is spent in a comfortable vehicle at an easy pace. If you can climb a few steps, you can do this trip.
Can we come as a bigger group?
Yes, up to 20 travelers. Each vehicle takes max 6 guests, so a bigger group is split across vehicles. Everyone still gets a window seat.
What if I don’t know anyone?
Most guests come as couples or solo, and groups are very small (6). By day two it feels like traveling with friends. Solo option: a private room is guaranteed for an additional 49% (about $3185).

International flights are not included.
What if I need to cancel?
We send you the full cancellation and deposit terms in writing before you pay anything. We recommend travel insurance.
When do I pay the rest?
$499 holds your seat. The $6000 balance is due 90 days before arrival. For the Dec 19 – Dec 28, 2026 departure, the balance is due within 30 days of your deposit.
