You are not passed to a stranger after payment. A U.S. support team and a Tanzania ground team review your dates, hotels, route, special needs, and emergency contacts before you travel.
Airport meet-and-greet, transfer support, and clear arrival instructions. If your flight is late, we adjust the pickup. If luggage is delayed, we help you report it and keep your safari moving.
Vehicles built for Africa roads and long game drives. Checked for safety, tires, fuel plan, communication, and route readiness. Your guide controls pace, distance, and wildlife position.
